SDMO is the third largest generator manufacturer in the world.  It provides generator sets for all your power requirements either for industrial customers or for residential purposes. SDMO offers portable, military, diesel and standby generators. Gensets offered by SDMO are fitted with a polycarbonate front panel and with an LCD screen.  SDMO generators are incorporated with control panel that comprises of a user friendly design and offers a reliable control on gensets. SDMO generators are enclosed with ASCO automatic transfer switches, which consistently monitor on the power being received and focus on any irregularities like voltage spikes, brownouts, etc. these gensets are mechanically welded chassis with an antivibration suspension.   

SDMO generators are also fitted with certain types of enclosures such as sound attenuating (beneficial for noise reduction in gensets) and weather protective ( provide complete protection from rust or corrosion and with other unwanted climatic changes) enclosures.

TELYS, a control module is designed in SDMO generators, which offer an emergency stop button for switching off the generating set in the event of a fault which can damage to the equipments.  This control module is also fitted with a scrolling and selection wheel for scrolling through screens and selecting items simply by pressing the wheel and offer a key switch for starting up or shutting down the module.  These gensets are enclosed with a main line circuit breaker and provides the best service in operation and maintenance manual while operating generator .  

Products of SDMO Generators:

1.  30 to 200 Kva gensets:  these genset products are enclosed with JHON DEERE engine set with a charging alternator of 12V, main circuit breaker, dry type air filter and with a microprocessor control panel.

2.  7 to 25 Kva gensets:  these gensets are fitted with MISTUBISHI engine set that are enclosed with Single bearing alternator IP 23, insulation class H /H and with an air inlet having coolant skid isolators.

3.  X1600UC2 generating set:  this genset includes air cooler for wiring temperature of 38/40°C with electric fan and is outfitted with a MTU engine.

4.  V550UC2 generating set: this genset is equipped with a VOLVO engine and LEROY SOMER alternator and includes certain measurements like voltmeter, frequency, meter and ammeter.

5.  40kW SDMO diesel generator: it provides 4 poles, 12 lead reconnectable, NEMA MG1, Class H insulation, self-ventilated and drip proof protection


SDMO generator sets include IP23 drip-proof protection and Insulation class H. These gensets are also enclosed with automatic voltage regulation with a division of Cummins Generator Technologies and are incorporated with MLCB, Main line circuit breaker, two poles, set mounted, wired and maximum output rated for complete generator protection. These gensets provide a protective grill for a fan and for other rotating parts and are delivered with oil and coolant alternator and starter . These gensets are also fitted with certain specifications like frequency meter, oil pressure, water temperature, ammeter and with a voltmeter.

 SDMO diesel generator also include 10kW diesel generator product that is integrated with a Single wall sub-base fuel tank enclosed inside the frame and include 30 up to 5,000 gallons for generating constant running time for about eight hours with double wall sub base fuel tanks.
